Canadapost Tracking Notice

It has recently come to our attention that many customers have had trouble tracking their orders, because of an issue on the part of Canadapost where many checkpoints of the shipment end up being untracked.

As such, we will be emailing customers individually when we ship out their orders. 

It should also be important to note that Canadapost has suspended all delivery guarantees, meaning that packages will come later than the original date. 

As such, live guarantee as well as 2-week guarantee will be extended to shipment of all types for the time being. 

In the event that the order does not update within 10 business days, we will resend the order free of charge.
